Every photographer, especially new photographers, should spend 8 minutes watching this video. It's almost 3 years old as of this post, but it is still very relevant. I just found it a few minutes ago on the Profoto YouTube Channel and have already watched it 3 times. In case you don't know who Greg Heisler is, I recommend that you do a search online.
